Two people run The Pharma Project. This page tells you who we are, what we actually know, and what we deliberately leave to people more qualified than us.
We think you should know who is behind the information you are reading, especially on a site that covers medicines and business decisions involving real money.
Vivek Singh — Founder and Editor
Covers: Third party manufacturing, PCD franchise, licensing and regulatory guides, manufacturing hub coverage
I founded The Pharma Project in 2025 and write most of the manufacturing and business content here.
My background is not clinical. I hold an MCA (Master of Computer Applications), and for the last six years I have worked with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies across the Zirakpur and Baddi belt, building and running their digital presence. One of those clients was a nutraceutical manufacturing unit in Zirakpur, and that project is where I first got a proper look inside how contract manufacturing actually works in India.
That work is where the industry knowledge comes from. Not from a pharmacy degree, but from six years of sitting across the table from manufacturing unit owners, franchise distributors, and first-time brand founders, and listening to the same questions go unanswered.
The technical background turned out to matter too. Knowing how search works, and how to structure information so people can actually find it, is a large part of why this site exists in the form it does.
What I do not do: I do not write medical guidance, recommend dosages, or make clinical claims. Where an article touches medicines, it goes to Rahul before it goes live.

Rahul Choudhary — Pharmacy Reviewer
Covers: Review of medicine information articles
Rahul holds a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) and reviews the medicine-related content published on this site.
Before a medicine article goes live, Rahul checks it for accuracy on the things that matter most: whether the stated uses are correct, whether dosage information is presented responsibly, whether significant side effects and contraindications have been left out, and whether anything in the article could lead a reader to self-medicate.
Articles he has reviewed carry a “Reviewed by Rahul Choudhary, D.Pharm” line near the top.
An important limit: a review is a factual accuracy check, not a medical consultation. Rahul is not your pharmacist and has no knowledge of your medical history. Nothing on this site substitutes for speaking to a doctor or pharmacist who knows your case.

Corrections
We get things wrong sometimes. Regulations change, fees are revised, and a manufacturer that was reliable last year may not be this year.
If you spot an error, email us the article link and what needs fixing at info.thepharmaproject@gmail.com. We review every correction request and update the article with a revised date. Our full process is on the Editorial Policy page.
Work With Us
We are open to contributions from people with real industry experience — manufacturing unit operators, regulatory consultants, pharmacists, and franchise distributors who want to write about what they know.
If that is you, email us with a short note about your background and what you would want to cover.
